When you encounter an error message while trying to activate MaskOff, it typically means that your carrier isn't granting permission to change your Conditional Call Forwarding settings from your device. To resolve this, you will need to contact your carrier directly and request them to enable Conditional Call Forwarding for you.

However, before reaching out to your carrier, you can try the following solutions:

Solution 1: Disable Wi-Fi Calling

  1. Turn off Wi-Fi Calling: Go to your device's settings and disable Wi-Fi calling.

  2. Turn off Wi-Fi: Ensure that your Wi-Fi is turned off completely.

  3. Restart Your Device: Once both Wi-Fi calling and Wi-Fi are disabled, restart your device.

Solution 2: Stop and Restart the Service

  1. Stop the Service:

    • Open the MaskOff app.

    • Navigate to Settings.

    • Select Stop Service.

    • Confirm by choosing Call.

  2. Restart the Service:

    • After stopping the service, restart your device.

    • Open the MaskOff app again and follow the activation process.
