Troubleshooting

  • Success Message:

    • If you receive a success message, congratulations! MaskOff is now reactivated on your device, and you are ready to unmask no caller ID calls.

  • Failed Message:

    • If you receive a failed message, it indicates that your carrier does not support this feature. In this case, you can cancel your subscription. Don't worry, you have a 3-day free trial to test the app!

Enjoy MaskOff!

That's it! You've successfully reactivated MaskOff on your iOS device. Enjoy the benefits of unmasking no caller ID calls, and don't forget to share with your friends about this fantastic app.
