Help! My calls aren't being unmasked!
Help! My calls aren't being unmasked!
Updated over a week ago

If you're experiencing issues with MaskOff on your iOS device, follow these simple steps to get it working quickly. You can get MaskOff up and running in less than a minute!

Most likely, if things appear to just "not work," you need to disable Live Voicemail and Wi-Fi calling. See how you can fix this in the video, or read below for details.

(UK users - we are sorry this video talks about the US so much - they used to have a more complicated setup....and now you do too. So please follow these instructions while we produce our new video for you. Thanks!)

Step-by-Step Guide

  1. Open iPhone Settings:

    • Start by opening the Settings app on your iPhone.

    • Scroll down and tap on the Phone option (on iOS 18, you'll need to choose Apps and then Phone)

  2. Disable Wi-Fi Calling:

    • Within the Phone settings, scroll down and click on Wi-Fi Calling.

    • Turn off the Wi-Fi Calling option.

  3. Disable Live Voicemail:

    • Within the Phone settings, scroll down and click on Live Voicemail.

    • Turn off the Live Voicemail option.

  4. Restart MaskOff:

    • Exit the Settings app and open the MaskOff app.

    • Go to the 'Settings' menu in MaskOff.

    • At the top of the screen, tap on 'Restart'.

Troubleshooting

  • Success Message:

    • If you receive a success message, congratulations! MaskOff is now reactivated on your device, and you are ready to unmask no caller ID calls.

  • Failed Message:

    • If you receive a failed message, it indicates that your carrier does not support this feature. In this case, you can cancel your subscription. Don't worry, you have a 3-day free trial to test the app!

Enjoy MaskOff!

That's it! You've successfully reactivated MaskOff on your iOS device. Enjoy the benefits of unmasking no caller ID calls, and don't forget to share with your friends about this fantastic app.
